Your tasksAbout the role:As a Systems Development Coordinator, you will support our business applications and users across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting users with questions, conducting trainings, and coordinating support activities. Over time, you will also contribute to system testing, configuration, and the evolution of our digital tools, making this role an excellent opportunity for growth within the Systems Development Team.Provide user support by answering system-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding colleagues through best practicesConduct and coordinate user trainings and help drive adoption of our business applicationsTest new system developments and enhancements to ensure functionality, stability, and alignment with business requirementsSupport system configuration, documentation, and maintenance tasks as neededMonitor, analyze, and help resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to process optimization initiatives in close cooperation with different departmentsYour profileFirst experience in user support, project management, or a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical usersStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh IT affinity; experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Shopify or Zendesk is a plusBasic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plusFluent in English; German is a plusWe offerA creative and international working environment with established systems and tools in a dynamic family businessAn open corporate culture with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processesFlexible working hours with the option to work from home on one day per weekTwo-year fixed-term position with the option to extendA full-time position (37.5 hours/week) and 30 days' vacationAn office in the heart of Cologne in a listed Art Nouveau building with a great atmosphere and an excellent canteenAbout usTASCHEN is the world’s leading art-book publisher, headquartered in Cologne with teams in Berlin, Brussels, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Miami, Milan, New York, Paris and Tokyo.
