Ihre Aufgaben Unabhängige rechtliche Beratung der globalen Organisation in allen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Immobilientransaktionen, der Immobilienprojektentwicklung, Mietverträgen und dem Immobilienmanagement Erstellung, Überprüfung und Verhandlung von Immobilien- und Mietverträgen Durchführung von Sorgfaltsprüfungen bei Immobilientransaktionen auch im Zusammenhang von M&A Projekten Monitoring von relevanten Änderungen im Immobilienrecht, geltenden Vorschriften und Branchentrends, um rechtliche Risken zu reduzieren und die Interessen des Unternehmens zu schützen Rechtliche Recherchen und Analysen zu Immobilienfragen und Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten und -memoranda auch im Hinblick auf potenzielle Haftungsthemen sowie Betreuung entsprechender Verfahren Ihr Profil Volljurist/-in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich des Immobilienrechts Durch langjährige Tätigkeit innerhalb eines internationalen Konzerns oder einer Kanzlei entwickelte Branchenkenntnis bei der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Immobilien- und Mietverträgen und der Betreuung verwandter Fragstellungen und Verfahren Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Souveränes Auftreten auf sämtlichen Managementebenen und mit diversen Stakeholdern Zwischenmenschliche Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit Weitere Informationen zur Stelle Werden Sie Teil unseres dynamischen, global agierenden und award-winning (Juve Award 2025: Inhouse-Team des Jahres) Legal Teams. Als Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Corporate Real Estate unterstützen Sie die Corporate Real Estate Abteilung der Schaeffler Gruppe bei der Umsetzung ihrer Strategie mit Ihrer Expertise im Immobilienrecht bei der rechtlichen Beratung und Vertragsgestaltung im globalen Umfeld.
