Ihre AufgabenUnabhängige rechtliche Beratung der globalen Organisation in allen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Immobilientransaktionen, der Immobilienprojektentwicklung, Mietverträgen und dem ImmobilienmanagementErstellung, Überprüfung und Verhandlung von Immobilien- und MietverträgenDurchführung von Sorgfaltsprüfungen bei Immobilientransaktionen auch im Zusammenhang von M&A ProjektenMonitoring von relevanten Änderungen im Immobilienrecht, geltenden Vorschriften und Branchentrends, um rechtliche Risken zu reduzieren und die Interessen des Unternehmens zu schützenRechtliche Recherchen und Analysen zu Immobilienfragen und Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten und -memoranda auch im Hinblick auf potenzielle Haftungsthemen sowie Betreuung entsprechender Verfahren Ihr Profil
Volljurist/-in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich des ImmobilienrechtsDurch langjährige Tätigkeit innerhalb eines internationalen Konzerns oder einer Kanzlei entwickelte Branchenkenntnis bei der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Immobilien- und Mietverträgen und der Betreuung verwandter Fragstellungen und VerfahrenVerhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftSouveränes Auftreten auf sämtlichen Managementebenen und mit diversen StakeholdernZwischenmenschliche Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit Weitere Informationen zur Stelle

Als Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Corporate Real Estate unterstützen Sie die Corporate Real Estate Abteilung der Schaeffler Gruppe bei der Umsetzung ihrer Strategie mit Ihrer Expertise im Immobilienrecht bei der rechtlichen Beratung und Vertragsgestaltung im globalen Umfeld.
