If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Job Responsibilities Create detailed Project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the transit project, taking into account dependencies and resources requirement.Lead the project team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality.Build Project Master Plan, validate and follow up the planning and work breakdown structure of each function allocated to the project.Manage a regular risk- and opportunity analysis, ensure, that all risks and opportunities are properly assessed and mitigated.Report project progress to all stakeholders - internal, external., with particular emphasis on actual and potential variations to cost, time or quality.Desired Skills `Excellent communicator, written and organizational skills, ability to motivate and build a successful team that can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of financial controlling tools. Proficient in Microsoft office, experience with procurement process and ERP systems.has advanced management skills: capacity to motivate and inspire the Core Project Team around a unified understanding and commitment to the project’s successcan lead problem-solving across projects and make timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, and needsQualifications:Engineering/HND and/or similar in experienceA minimum 8 years of Project Management Experience in a manufacturing environment Durations of Support: Min 6 monthsStatus of IR 35 : Outside IR 35Location: Europe - remote
