If you want to help create a more sustainable future through a smarter grid and are a project manager who enjoys marketing technical products, this is the right job for you Join our team in one of our offices in Ottobrunn near Munich or Waiblingen near Stuttgart, combined with home office, or work full remotely in Germany. The Global Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and demand for our solutions and communications programs across all media. . Responsibilities and Duties: Drive the global marketing go-to-market strategy for our smart grid solutions, shaping value propositions and initiatives that drive growth. Create customer-focused marketing content including product materials, case studies, thought leadership webinars, white papers, and articles to support product launches and key portfolio positioning. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow demand, and enable sales and distributors, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve messaging. Integrate the portfolio of our acquired smart grid business into TE, including messaging, sales tools, and website integration. Ensure the integration of smart grid solutions at trade shows, collaborating with marketing event project managers to coordinate displays, marketing materials and prepare product experts for presentations. Act as a consultant to cross-functional teams, collaborating with other Marketing Team members, Product Management, Sales, and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team. Experience and Qualifications Required: Fluent in English and German. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications. 5+ years of international B2B or technical marketing experience. Highly skilled project manager with strong hands-on marketing content creation experience with a track record of handling complex projects and multiple stakeholders. Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to develop and manage impactful marketing campaigns across digital and print media. Experienced in directing agencies, managing vendor relationships, and handling budgets. Up to 15% travel to sites near Munich and Stuttgart to engage with key stakeholders.
