We are successfully producing highly desirable tech professionals in the most competitive EdTech market in the world - the US market.What you will do: Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ);Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, Revenue;Supervise revenue recognition process, adapt revenue recognition to the new productsWork on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau);Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams);Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs.What we can offer you: Remote full-time collaborationExtended medical insurance for employees and 80% compensation of insurance for family members (if you are already in Belgrade and join our team there);A comfortable digital office. Our product is expanding quickly, so it's a great time to get on board and challenge yourself;Diverse and tight-knit team which is spread out across Serbia, the US, Georgia, Armenia, Israel and more.2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role;Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue, Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.);Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automatisation;Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow);English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Preferred qualifications:Familiar with educational products;Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses;Experience with PySpark.
