We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Fund Analyst
to join our global investment team. This role offers
remote or hybrid flexibility
, providing the opportunity to work with diverse asset classes and contribute to data-driven investment strategies.

As a Fund Analyst, you will play a key role in
analyzing fund performance, conducting financial research, and supporting portfolio optimization
. You'll collaborate with fund managers and senior analysts to assess risk, identify market opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze
    fund performance, asset allocation, and investment returns
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
    on financial markets and fund strategies
  • Prepare detailed
    reports, presentations, and recommendations
    for investment committees
  • Monitor
    benchmark indices and competitor performance
  • Support portfolio modeling, forecasting, and rebalancing activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, risk, and compliance teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in fund analysis, asset management, or investment research
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations, and performance attribution
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial databases
    (Bloomberg, Morningstar, or FactSet)
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    (German or French is a plus)
