Head of Learning and Development (m/f/d)About the Job The Head of People Development and Learning is a strategic leader responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive global learning and development strategy that aligns with Allianz's business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development, leveraging digital solutions and innovative approaches to enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success.
