Department Description & Job Purpose We are looking for an innovative working student who is highly driven and can help shape the future of insurance and financial services through technology and creativity. You will join “Productivity Solutions & Innovation” - a global team of 200+ technology enthusiasts, transformation specialists, AI experts, process engineers, and data scientists - supporting clients through AI and technology adoption programs and project/product management. Most of us have a consulting background and love helping clients transform their business with technology and scalable solutions.This role offers a broad range of advisory and professional services tailored to client needs, mainly focused on AI. You’ll do a mix of conceptual work, technology development strategy, and solution implementation within a clearly defined scope. Key responsibilities: • Support internally the development and delivery of innovative technology-based solutions aligned with the client's strategy and processes.• Support the build-up of Allianz Services’ AI and tech footprint within Allianz Group while helping Operating Entities adopt AI and transform operations• Support Service owners who run large-scale AI adoption programs, including enablement and AI/automation implementation projects.• Support the preparation of material for the global workforce upskilling in proficient use of AI and other productivity tools.• Work with transformation expert internally in providing clients with objective advisory services and and high quality service delivery.• Research and understand clients' businesses, industries, regulatory environments and markets. Key requirements: • Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract. • You use ChatGPT or similar tools for various aspects in your daily life. • You like challenging work and know how to get stuff done.• You enjoy talking to both AIs and humans, e.g. solid prompting AND strong communication skills.• Eagerness to learn or have experience with tools like Zapier, PowerAutomate, Copilot studio, n8n etc. and the ability to conceptualize business pain-points or existing processes as automated (agentic) AI workflows.• A good understanding of terms like Agentic AI, LLMs, process automation, machine learning, data analytics, process mining etc. – both technically and conceptually – and you were voice-pilled before it was a thing.• A customer-focused, consultant-like mindset and project management skills.• Experience with or interested in running large change management and technology adoption programs, training and awareness sessions etc. and love to get practical and hands-on.• You are interested in delivering engaging presentations, translating complex concepts into compelling and easy-to-understand ideas.• You have considered or even tried forces with entrepreneurship, and dream of becoming a successful founder one day.• Proficient technical foundation – maybe you have studied computer/data science. Ideally, you have some coding and cloud experience and know how to put together a basic cloud-based app. E.g. Higher education degree in computer/data science, business administration, economics, IT, or comparable education (we also have Psychology and Comms.
