Getragen von einem leidenschaftlichen Team gestalten wir die Zukunft des Lichts – mit Innovation, Präzision und Stil.Deine Aufgaben – strategisch, kundenorientiert, wirkungsvoll Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets PLZ 0,1,98,99 / Osten Deutschlands Beratung von Architekten, Lichtplanern, Projektentwicklern und Bauherren in Commercial, Hospitality und Residential Projekten Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Steuerung von Projekten inkl. Koordination aller Beteiligten sowie Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen CRM-Pflege und Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings für den Director Project Sales Marktbeobachtung, Strategieentwicklung zur Markenplatzierung und Präsentation auf Messen und Events Dein Profil – kundenstark, selbstständig, designaffin Erfahrung im Projektvertrieb von Licht-, Architektur- oder Designprodukten Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie Begeisterung für Lichttechnik und Design Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets Ostdeutschland Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
