Das sind Deine Aufgaben: ProjektsetupProjektsteuerungRegelmäßige Ermittlung, Aufbereitung und Bewertung aller wesentlichen ProjektkennzahlenFortschrittsgradmessung und Bewertung in Planung und Bauausführung Führen der S-Kurven ErstellungFachliche Führungsverantwortung im Projektbereich "Project Controls"Durchführung von DatenanalysenClaim-/ ChangemanagementDokumentenmanagement Führen der Projektterminplanung bzw. Terminplanerstellung Unterstützung der Projektleitung in operativen und administrativen TätigkeitenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen FachdisziplinenUmsetzung strategischer und operative Aufgaben Unsere Besonderheiten: Spannende, herausfordernde und abwechslungsreiche AufgabenstellungenEngagiertes und dynamisches Team mit hervorragendem ArbeitsklimaVTU-Academy mit individuellen WeiterbildungsmöglichkeitenFreiraum für EigeninitiativeDie Vorzüge eines mittelständischen Unternehmens mit der Projektlandschaft eines Großkonzerns Das bringst Du mit: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt) bzw. ein Ingenieurstudium (idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling von Investitionsprojekten im chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Anlagenbau Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Reporting-Systemen Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken Strukturierte, professionelle und verantwortungsbewußte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Excel Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Project bzw.
