Die Hauptaufgaben sind hierbei das Abwickeln sämtlicher Handels, Steuerlichen- und Zahlungsverkehrstransaktionen, sowie die Anlage und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und Erstellung steuerrelevanter Reports.In der Rolle als Operations Generalist (m/w/d) im Bereich Securities & Payments fungieren Sie als Transaktions-Beauftragter (m/w/d) und sind für die ordnungsmäßige Abwicklung verantwortlich.YOUR CHALLENGEAbstimmung mit dem externen Abwicklungsdienstleister/BackOffice bzgl. TagesgeschäftsthemenAllgemeine Bearbeitung der WertpapierabwicklungLagerstellenkontrolle und Anfragen zu allen Themen im Bereich LagerstellenmanagementAbwicklung börsengehandelter Options & FutureOrdnungsmäßige Abwicklung und Überwachung der Corporate ActionsSicherstellung der Einhaltung jedweder regulatorischer Richtlinien im Zuge des Wertpapiergeschäftes und ZahlungsverkehrsKontrolle und Abgleich der Wertpapier-Aufträge im Hinblick auf MiFID IIBearbeitung von Wertpapiertransfers unter Berücksichtigung der MA-Depot RegulatorikReconciliation von Cash & StückeGewährleistung der ordnungsmäßigen Abwicklung sämtlichen Zahlungsverkehrs (inklusive Schecks) im Ausland und Inland (SEPA) sowie von Treasury-Transaktionen (FX, MMKT, SWAP)Überwachung und Verwaltung von Transaktionsprozessen, um eine reibungslose und effiziente Durchführung von Transaktionen sicherzustellenKommunikation mit Kunden sowie internen Abteilungen mit der Zielsetzung, einen hochwertigen Service stets zu gewährleistenYOUR PROFILEErfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare AusbildungMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr / Wertpapier-BackOfficeSehr gute Kenntnisse im Zahlungsverkehr (u.a.
