Manage client inquiries and prepare tailored catering offers???? Plan and coordinate logistics (deliveries, rentals, staffing)????‍???? Work closely with kitchen/production to ensure menu accuracy and readiness???? Schedule events, assign tasks, and monitor progress???? Serve as the point of contact for clients before and during the event???? Ensure budget targets are met and profitability maintained????
