YOUR MISSIONManage the design of the target OT security architecture, focusing on the integration of OT threat detection and centralized monitoringOwn the architectural leadership of the pilot phase, defining scope, build requirements, methodologies, and success criteria for an initial plantDevelop a threat-centric security approach tailored to manufacturing environments, identifying plant-specific threats and defining escalation to the SOCDesign and document OT-specific incident response processes, runbooks, and workflows, ensuring integration with existing IT SOC processesValidate the quality and architectural alignment of pilot outcomes, including testing procedures and implementation against the defined blueprintCollaborate closely with OT plant teams, security engineers, IT, and SOC stakeholders to ensure effective communication and knowledge transferCreate a standardized security blueprint and rollout roadmap for scaling the solution across additional industrial sites globally YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTSDemonstrated expertise in cybersecurity architecture, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT) and industrial environmentsProven track record in designing and implementing threat detection and response architecturesHands-on experience with OT threat detection and monitoring platforms, (Claroty and SIEM integration with Splunk are required)Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence, ICS and SCADA security challenges, and industrial security best practicesStrong expertise in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security monitoring architectureExperience owning architectural design from concept through pilot validationExcellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsEnglish proficiency is required, German language skills are a strong plusComfortable working in an interim / freelance setup with a high degree of autonomy BENEFITS OFFERED BY CROWDCONSULTANTSCollaborate with a highly skilled, cross-functional international teamContribute to a large-scale plant digitalization and security transformationGain exposure to cutting edge industrial security solutions and methodologiesEnjoy flexibility through remote work and freelance independence PERFECT MATCH?
