The Role

As an
IT Security Architect (m/f/d)
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that innovation happens securely. You will design, implement, and continuously enhance the company's IT security framework — creating solutions that enable freedom to innovate while maintaining robust protection for systems and data. Working closely with IT and business teams, you will help strengthen global security posture and ensure trust in the company's technology landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, monitor, and continuously improve security measures across the entire organization.
  • Collaborate with central IT and various departments to plan, prioritize, and coordinate all security-related initiatives.
  • Develop and implement technical security concepts based on risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Define clear procedures and guidelines for the prevention and management of security incidents.
  • Take decisive and well-informed actions in critical situations and communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Manage collaboration with external security experts and service providers to ensure alignment with internal standards.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT security (e.g., IT Security Architect, Cyber Security Manager, Security Operations Manager, or similar).
  • Hands-on expertise in securing IT systems, networks, and Windows domains.
  • Strong understanding of current challenges and best practices in information security.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex security topics clearly.
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    (C1 level or higher).
  • Team-oriented personality with a passion for collaboration and shared success.
