After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story. Your seat to fill: Keep our Go-to-Market and Sales Operations projects and processes on track by coordinating plans, timelines and action items Maintain clear overviews of activities: update project plans, timelines and action logs, and follow up with stakeholders so nothing falls through the cracks Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations as a central point of coordination, helping everyone stay aligned on priorities and next steps Dive into data and reports around pipeline, performance and conversion metrics – spot issues or trends and flag them to senior stakeholders Prepare structured input for key meetings such as readiness reviews, risk reviews and post-mortems so that decisions can be made quickly and based on facts Create and maintain clear, practical documentation – playbooks, checklists, meeting notes, action trackers and training overviews – that make it easier for teams to execute Bring structure into evolving or unclear situations by setting cadences, organizing information, and keeping follow-ups and documentation on track Help connect teams across functions and regions, creating alignment instead of silos Your stroll to CYBEX: You hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field You bring solid experience in Go-to-Market, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Project Management or a similar commercial role You’ve had first experience working with international or multi-region teams (e.g. EMEA / Americas / APAC) – or you’re eager to build on initial exposure here You’ve been in touch with sales or marketing processes, product/solution launches or campaigns, and you feel comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment You have a good understanding of basic GTM concepts (target segments, pipeline, sales stages, enablement, KPIs) and are motivated to deepen this expertise You’re solid in project coordination: you keep plans, timelines and action logs up to date and you reliably follow up with stakeholders to track progress You’re comfortable working with data and reports, doing basic analysis of pipeline, performance and conversion metrics and spotting trends or issues You’re fluent in English, both written and verbal; any additional language is a plus You’re proactive and take ownership of your tasks and workstreams, even without formal leadership responsibility You feel comfortable with change and ambiguity and know how to bring structure into evolving situations CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
