You will work independently in direct proximity to the Allvest management on topics such as product development, design and optimization of the customer journey, customer tests, market and competition analyses or preparation of documents and appointments for the Allianz top management TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIESYou work in close cooperation with the Business Development team on relevant strategic projectsYou support the Allvest management in strategic and operational topics and prepare documents for Allianz top managementYou optimize the customer journey with our cross-functional team (Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT), accompany customer tests and support the creation of new concepts for the website contentYou carry out market and competition analyses, create evaluations and derive recommendations that shape our product development and market presence REQUIREMENTSYou are enrolled in a course of study in the field of business administration, financial mathematics, economics or in a comparable course of studyYou have already gained practical experience in a strategy and management consulting firm, the financial industry or FinTechsYou are confident and experienced in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and ExcelYou speak fluently German (C2) and English (C1), Spanish and Dutch are a plus WE OFFERAs a full-fledged team member, you will be immersed in our daily business, receive intensive support and gain valuable start-up and corporate experience.
