Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d) Welcome at Allianz We are looking for an Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location München Schwabing. As an intern (m/f/d) in the Transformation Office, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, digitalization, and process optimization across Allianz. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. The project is entering an exciting kick-off phase, giving you the unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a global build initiative. You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Business Owner in the payments and collections area, contributing to project coordination, preparation of deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decision-making, innovative solution development, and the end-to-end lifecycle of a global product launch. What you will do as Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d): Assist in project planning and coordination including creating and updating project-related documentation and track, monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders.Support data analysis and reporting to track KPIs and project progress.Prepare presentations and documentation for steering committees and management.Help in process definition, mapping and optimization activitiesParticipate in workshops and brainstorming sessions and take notes. What you bring as as Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d): Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities (experience in Jira, Confluence a plus)Comfortable preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders or management.Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
