Job DescriptionAre you a high-energy, ambitious, consultative, and value-focused enterprise sales professional ready to shape the future of industrial AI? IFS is looking for a dynamic, resilient New Logo Sales Executive to join our high-growth AI sales overlay team and help us disrupt the industrial enterprise software space.In this role, you’ll be a true hunter—building pipeline, creating new opportunities, and closing complex, high-value enterprise AI deals. Working alongside our regional field sales teams, you’ll take an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting and opening doors in large strategic accounts, positioning IFS as a trusted partner and thought leader for digital transformation.What You’ll DoHunt into a focused list of target strategic accounts, driving net-new sales and recurring revenue in IFS’s AI portfolio.Lead consultative, value-based customer discussions that showcase how AI is reshaping industries and impacting operations.Position IFS AI solutions as differentiated, disruptive, and delivering tangible business value fast.Engage customer executives across technical and business functions, bringing executive presence to boardroom discussions, presentations, and workshops.Leverage your industry expertise and successful track record in enterprise software sales to identify, qualify, and close $500k+ ACV AI-led opportunities.Partner with regional sales, industry specialists, and solution teams in a matrixed go-to-market model.Leverage a range of AI-based applications and tools in your day to day function, from industry and company research, prospecting, meeting prep, communication, and presentation building.QualificationsA proven hunter with a track record of winning large, new logo enterprise sales andrepeatedly exceeding your annual sales quota.Experience selling AI, machine learning, optimization, advanced data/analytics, or related enterprise software solutions in multiple roles.Success in selling large, complex, mission critical solutions ($500k+ ACV) across multiple personas, stakeholders, and executive levels.Deep knowledge and experience in one or more of IFS’s core industries: manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy & utilities, telecom, construction, or engineering services.A highly consultative, value-focused solution seller who thrives on solving complex customer problems and helping shape their vision for AI adoption.Someone who’s intellectually curious, adaptable, deeply plugged in and conversant in the latest AI trends, applications/tools, providers, and industry dynamics.At IFS, we’re not just selling software—we’re a trusted partner who is driving digital transformation for our 6,000+ customers worldwide.
