Location: Industriestrasse , Hamburg | Reference no.: AL | Type of employment: permanent Your tasks: You are responsible for the communication with our customers as well as post-processing in case of non-completion of exports and/or transit procedures You will be responsible for preparing export applications for our customers You provide support in export with driver clearance, checking all relevant documents such as dangerous goods, IMO declarations for loading at sea and all export documents You will also support your colleagues in other areas of handling You will also be responsible for entering consignment notes into our merchandise management system Your profile: You have successfully completed your commercial training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding and logistics You have some relevant work experience You have a structured way of working, are organized and can work under pressure You have a confident and engaging communication style with customers and partners Ideally, you are confident in using the Dakosy GE customs program in the areas of export, ABD, T2 and T1 creation You have experience in dealing with forwarding software and the common MS Office programs Your fluency in German rounds off your profile, good English skills are an advantage Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
