Your missionBuild and optimize secure IT infrastructure and communication systemsEnsure compliance with ISO 27001, BSI, NIS2, and public-sector security standardsManage and harden on-premise and virtual servers (Windows, Linux, macOS)Implement VPNs, MFA/2FA, and role-based access controls across the organizationSecure endpoints and mobile devices through patching and monitoringOwn Microsoft security tools: Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, M365, Defender for EndpointSupport incident response and prevent recurrence with pragmatic solutionsYour profileDegree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experienceProven track record in IT security or Microsoft system administrationStrong knowledge of VPNs, access management, and server securityHands-on experience with Microsoft security ecosystem (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, M365)Familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI, and classified communication standards (VSFD)Relevant certifications (MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500) are a plusNationality of a NATO member nation or close ally is a mustSuccessful candidates will be required to obtain security clearanceMETAIntrinsic motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving mindsetCreative thinker with a structured and systematic approachHumble and collaborative — prioritizes collective success over individual recognitionHigh ethical standards and disciplined work ethicExtra-curricular leadership or achievements are a bonusWhy us?Join us to shape the future of AI-driven defenseDo you feel that you fit the description, but don't think you fulfill all the criteria 100%?
