Unsere Akzo Nobel Hilden GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) Preferred candidate identified Ihre Aufgaben • Erste Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen • Erfassung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System sowie Umsetzung von Preisänderungen • Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Nutzung des E-Commerce-Tools • Sicherstellen der korrekten und zeitnahen Fakturierung aller Lieferungen • Pflege, Ablage und Archivierung kundenrelevanter Daten • Bearbeitung gemeldeter Kundenprobleme inkl. Dokumentation und zeitgerechtem Abschluss • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (u. a.
