für unseren Standort in
Hilden

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Direkte Führungsverantwortung für das Team Telefon & Service (derzeit 5 Mitarbeitende)
  • Motivation, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern
  • Strukturierung & Dokumentation abteilungsrelevanter Prozesse
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Koordinierungsfragen im Zusammenhang mit Anfragen, Erreichbarkeit und Verkaufsaktionen
  • Mitarbeit bei firmeninternen Projekten
  • Key User Funktion für Telefonsoftware (Auswertung & Administration)
  • Reporting abteilungsrelevanter KPI's
  • Enger Austausch und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing und Buchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in BWL
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP/R3 oder ähnlichem ERP-System sowie SalesForce und gutes technisches Verständnis wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Hands on Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
