PRODUCTION ENGINEER FOR ASIA / PRODUKTIONSINGENIEUR FÜR ASIEN (d/m/w) Deine Aufgaben umfassen im Einzelnen: Fertigung/ Montage/ Justage/ Testen von Prototypen komplexer Lasersysteme Schulung/ Training von Kolleginnen und Kollegen von anderen asiatischen Standorten auf dem zu transferierenden Lasersystemen und Vermittlung von Wissen als „Know-how-Träger“ für die Lasersysteme Erstellen von grundlegenden Unterlagen, die die Methoden der Herstellungsprozesse sowie Routineanweisungen skizzieren Zusammenstellen von Bauteilen und Baugruppen zu einer Stückliste – in enger Absprache mit der R&D-Abteilung Kommunikation von Abweichungen an die beteiligten Schnittstellen Eingebunden in Produkt- und Prozessoptimierungen zur Sicherstellung der Produzierbarkeit in Singapur/ China/ Thailand Verantwortet Aufgaben/ Teilprojekte im Rahmen des Continuos Engineering Validierung technischer Änderungen von Prototypen und Produktverbesserungen Unterstützung mit Erfahrungen im Konstruktionsprozess, um die Produzierbarkeit zu erhöhen Begleitet die Festlegung von Fertigungskosten, Zeitvorgaben, Fertigungsmitteln und Ablaufanforderungen Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Singapur/ China/ Thailand und erster Ansprechpartner für Produktionsabweichungen Education and Work Experience: Abgeschlossenes Hoch- bzw. Fachhochschulstudium der Physik, Lasertechnik/ physikalischen Technik oder einer vergleichbaren Natur- und Ingenieurswissenschaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Know-how im Projektmanagement Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von optischer, mechanischer und elektronischer Messtechnik, sowie Wissen in der Optik-/ Lasertechnik und Mechanik Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein qualitätsbewusster Arbeitsstil in Verbindung mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung Bereitschaft zu Internationalen Dienstreisen
