We believe in full transparency for your career: only your individual performance determines your next step – all the way to Associate Manager.Your Day-to-Day as a Senior ConsultantWe work in a practice-based organization that allows our consultants, starting at Senior Consultant level, to align with a clearly defined area of expertise – in this case, the Public Practice.This structure enables you to develop as a subject matter expert, deepen your knowledge, and build strong specialization – while remaining part of our interdisciplinary project business.
