Who is the IT Specialist?This full-time position is based in Munich and reports directly to the IT Global Director. The chosen candidate will be an integral part of the site team, responsible for managing all IT-related problems and projectsWhat you will be responsible for, mainly:Maintaining communication with the Global IT Director and ensuring that branch policies are in lineProviding technical support and guidance to the Mindspace members and employeesCisco Meraki Network administration - VLANs, Switches, MX, etc. Managing network printers - installing and configuringMaintain and operate conference rooms' AV systemsMaintain and operate CCTV systems and coordinate necessary updates Maintain and operate security systems and access controls Documentation and developing training materials as needed to fulfill the project requirements.Plans, organizes, and manages IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and effective manner. Develop and implement solutions to improve IT performance and efficiency. Communicate IT issues and updates to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.Experience & Minimum Qualifications:Experience with Cisco Meraki - a mustBachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential3-4 years of Helpdesk or Deskside support experience - a mustHardware and troubleshooting skills - a mustFamiliarity with MDM / EDR solutions and other cybersecurity systemsExperience in a global company - preferred, but not requiredStrong customer relations experienceExperience with maintaining a network computing environment, delegating tasks and responsibilities to co-workers, and maintaining the timely completion of tasksKnowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS Google Workspace and Office 365 admin experienceAbility to support beyond regular work hoursExcellent English & German communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end usersBe familiar with and passionate about the startup ecosystemExcited about MINDSPACE, you are ready to live, eat, and breathe MINDSPACE, spreading the love to everyone you encounter Mindspace is an equal opportunity employer
