Für ein Projekt suchen wir einen Project Manager (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturprojekte im öffentlichen Sektor. Aufgaben Projektunterstützung in komplexen Infrastruktur- und Serviceprojekten mit technischem Schwerpunkt Ausschreibung und Onboarding neuer Projektmitarbeitender Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen im Bereich CoE Projektmanagement Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Termine, Meilensteine, Kosten und Qualitätssicherung Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken innerhalb der Projektplanung Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Sonderthemen Pflege und Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Protokollen, Kommunikationslisten und Vertretungsregelungen Organisation der Regelkommunikation (z. B. Terminkoordination) und Verwaltung der Projektablage Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und PMO-Umfeld in der IT-Branche Zertifizierung in Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SCRUM PSM/PSPO oder PMI CAPM) Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden Versierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Jira und SharePoint Erfahrung in Moderation, Präsentation und Veranstaltungsorganisation von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 nach CEFR) Vertragsart: Direkte Festanstellung nach AÜG / Schweizer Modell Standort: München / Remote (40%) Start: 15.01.2025 Dauer: 18 Monate Bei Interesse teilen Sie uns bitte Ihre Gehaltsvorstellung sowie Ihre Verfügbarkeit mit.
