If you've got the talent and the attitude, we'll give you the responsibility and the rewards. The role of Junior Consultant at H&Z is the first step on a Management Consulting career path with Europe's leading procurement consultancy. Working as part of team, and with focused development, training and mentoring, you will take early responsibility for the management and delivery of cost improvement initiatives across direct and indirect categories, support organizational transformation initiatives, work closely with the implementation of leading procurement technology and support our client's supply chain decarbonization and ESG initiatives. Confident working on your own, you'll also thrive in a team environment, and you'll relish a big challenge. Your mission Spend analysisSupply market and product analysisDevelopment of sourcing and category strategiesManaging tender and e-auction processesSupporting supplier negotiationsProcess improvement and digital transformationManaging a variety of stakeholders, at all levelsImplementation of cost improvement plans Your profile An excellent degree (with procurement, supply chain, economics or business orientation)(Ideally) Work placement experience within procurement/commercial and/or consultancyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEnjoy solving complex problemsClear understanding of technical issuesVery good communication skillsStrong results focusGlobal outlook and commercial awarenessFlexible, and the ability to work hard as part of a team and to work well under pressureGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluent EnglishOther language skills desirable What do we offer you?
