It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since its launch in 2017.💻 How We WorkThe Revenue team are truly global and they have the opportunity to connect weekly in 121s and team meetings, as well as in person at TransferRoom events.🏟️ LocationsOur HQ is at Bankside, London with additional Revenue team members based globally.🎯 What You'll Be Working OnAs TransferRoom’s Account Manager in the DACH region you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal usage of TransferRoom's platform, driving value for our clients, and ultimately contributing to their long-term success, upsell and renewal. You’ll work with football agencies and clubs in the DACH region, a market of high importance for the TransferRoom ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships with our key agent and club stakeholders You’ll act as a product expert You’ll onboard our customers and ensure successful product adoption, usage and satisfaction by providing training in new features and products You’ll collaborate cross functionally with sales, strategy and product teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback We hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist of skills — so you don’t need to have demonstrated everything - If you’re excited about changing the football transfer market, we’ll support you with onboarding and learning opportunities to get up to speed.✅ You Should Apply If You have experience in Account Management, Sales or Customer Success roles, preferably in the sports industry You have strong existing understanding of football club operations OR ability to quickly acquire this knowledge You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients You have excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving skills including ability to navigate complex customer situations You are willing to travel frequently and at short notice to meet with clients in person You are fluent in German and English Not ticking every box?
