Your RoleAs a Monitoring Field Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a key hybrid role at the intersection of technical service operations and system monitoring. You will support both on-site commissioning and maintenance activities as well as centralized system diagnostics and error resolution. Acting as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers, you ensure technical availability, support fault identification, and actively drive issue resolution.Your missionField Operations & Technical CoordinationAssist with system installations, on-site service interventions, and commissioning processes (FAT/SAT)Act as technical lead during site commissioning in coordination with energy utilities (EVUs)Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and technical partners during on-site activitiesEnsure proper documentation and feedback on field operations to support continuous improvementMonitoring & System DiagnosticsAnalyze system data from the monitoring platform to identify faults and performance deviationsCreate and manage internal error tickets and actively drive cross-functional resolutionEscalate and track technical faults to development teams with detailed documentationMap and document faults in a structured fault-tree format to support root cause analysisCommunicate proactively with customers regarding incidents, updates, and technical resolutionsYour profileEducation & BackgroundCompleted electrical apprenticeship (elektrotechnische Ausbildung), technical degree, or qualification as a Master (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker)Preferably with experience in the battery energy storage (BESS) or related energy sectorTechnical ExpertiseElectrical and control system knowledge, including system commissioning and troubleshootingFundamentals of modern networking technologies, including understanding of IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), subnetting, routing, and switchingNetwork protocols: Proficiency in TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP(S), MQTT, Modbus/TCPNetwork configuration & troubleshooting: Setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN/VPN connections, including router, switch, and firewall configurationStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret monitoring data and identify system anomaliesSoft SkillsStrong communication and coordination abilities across teams and partnersStructured and proactive approach to problem-solving and documentationWillingness to travel for on-site operations and work flexibly in a hybrid environmentWhy STABL Energy?STABL Energy is one of the most innovative start-ups in the energy transition, ees Award winner and named a global Top100 Energy Start-up.
