Your future contribution :HomeToGo is looking for an innovative Senior Marketing Manager [Email] (m/f/d) who is passionate about owning various email marketing campaigns for all of our brands. You will be part of the Retention team and with our marketeers, tech and data science stakeholders, you will drive the long-term productization goals to enhance scalability of the retention tech stack.How you’ll add value: Build and maintain the email marketing calendar and manage user experience/ funnel from campaigns to sessions and revenue for email marketingDrive post-acquisition engagement through onboarding and retargeting emails and other initiatives to improve engagement and LTVPartner with marketing tech, design and product teams to build new functionality and troubleshoot issues as neededDrive the weekly optimization & investigation of campaigns including content coordination, creative reviews, list and campaign set upLead and/or assist in analysis to determine new opportunities and define requirements You’ll be successful in this role if you: 3+ years of experience in Retention/ CRM Marketing or Email MarketingHave prior experience of working with tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. and know how of email HTML & trackingAre data savvy with good knowledge of Data Analysis, especially SQL along with any visualization toolAre a strong project/ campaign manager, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, schedules, and deliverablesPossess excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down, communicate complex ideas and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
