Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and technical capabilities of our payment solutions. Conduct thorough technical reviews of merchant integrations to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices. Provide technical support to both new and existing merchants, assisting them with any technical and integration-related queries. Evaluate our merchants' products and devise optimal monetization solutions, leading the integration process. Develop technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process. Maintain, update, and create comprehensive integration documentation and guidelines for both merchants and internal teams. Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with market trends and establish relationships with potential clients. Provide feedback from the field to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry. Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Expertise in developing software integration solutions and working with APIs and SDKs. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
