About the Role

skilled Integration Engineer

software integration, APIs/SDKs,

Responsibilities

●Work closely with the
sales team
to understand client requirements and provide

pre-sales technical support.

●
Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations
to potential clients, clearly

communicating the value and technical capabilities of our payment solutions.

●
Perform
technical reviews
of merchant integrations to ensure compliance with

Paymentwall's integration standards and best practices.

●
Provide
technical assistance
to new and existing merchants, resolving

integration-related issues efficiently.

●
Evaluate merchant platforms and develop
custom integration and monetization

strategies
to maximize business success.

●
Prepare
technical documentation, proposals,
and
integration guides
to support

clients and internal teams.

●
Maintain and continuously improve
integration documentation
for developers and

business partners.

●
Attend
industry events and conferences
to stay informed about fintech trends and

network with potential clients.

●
Share merchant feedback and technical insights with the
Product and Engineering

teams
to influence future product development.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Computer Science,
or a related field.

●
3+ years of experience
in
sales engineering, integration engineering, or technical

sales
, ideally in the
payments or fintech
industry.

●
Strong understanding of
payment processing systems, gateways, APIs,
and
industry

standards
(e.g., PCI DSS).

●
Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting
API and SDK integrations
.

●
Excellent
presentation, communication,
and
client-facing
skills.

●
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

●Proven ability to build strong relationships with
clients, partners,
and internal

stakeholders.

●
Self-starter
with the ability to work independently in a
fast-paced environment

travel
