JOIN OUR TEAM As a Working Student Brand Service, you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO Collaborate closely with both the Brand Buying team and the Production teamPrepare new product go-lives on our website by gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partnersCollect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiativesSupport the Brand Buying team with administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day operations YOU COME WITH Studies in for example in Business Administration, Economics or related course of study, ideally with an interest in eCommerce, operations or buyingA self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while multitasking in a structured and detail-oriented mannerThe ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners, paired with very strong written and verbal communication skillsGood knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
