Working Student

**Intro**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Working Student with graphic Design / Communication Design or Web Design Background to join our brand team and contribute to the production of visual assets for our website, social media platforms, events, employer branding, content campaigns, etc. As a Working Student, you will collaborate with the design team, supporting various design productions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior designers as well as various teams across the company such as Marketing & GTM. **Responsibilities**:

- Support the design team with various design-related tasks:

- Digital content assets for the website, landing pages, newsletters, marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Employer branding materials
- Digital and print assets as well as merch for events and webinars
- Content assets such as whitepapers, product flyers, reports, infographics, etc.
- Support in keeping design libraries updated.
- Do quality checks for all produced assets:

- Ensure that design and layout are consistent and aligned with our brand standards.
- Ensure all assets are delivered correctly in terms of grammar and spelling.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop design strategies for online campaigns.
- Strongly collaborate with other designers.
- Work closely together with the brand team to evolve the visual brand based on a recent brand refresh.
- Contribute to the overall company objectives.

**Profile**:

- Currently, in training or completed graphic design studies.
- Possess a creative mindset and a strong passion for design.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other CMS tools will be a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Solution and user oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of User Experience Design and Graphic Design principles.
- A portfolio showcasing some of your design works. Fluent in English and German (both verbal and written).
