We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to strength our OEM sales activities in Munich. You will be responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with leading global automotive manufactures. Responsibilities

Be the primary commercial interface between Kongsberg Automotive and key customer accounts by taking ownership of strategic business development and long-term relationship management Drive sustainable profitable growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with key customers Oversee all commercial aspects of the accounts, including strategy development, sales activities, forecasting, and reporting Lead and coordinate initiatives with cross functional teams (R&D, Operations, Finance and Purchasing) to deliver value driven customer results Develop strong customer relationships with both existing and new customer accounts Manage commercials activities including RFQ´s, commercial negotiations, price strategy, contractual agreements Analyze market and technology trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and translate insights into the commercial strategy and product planning Take responsibility for achieving account sales targets, new business development, sales budget & forecasting, and commercial excellence Represent Kongsberg Automotive on internal and external forums, acting as the voice of customer Requirements Bachelor´s degree in engineering, business or a related field, with 5-7 years’ experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the automotive industry Proven track record in OEM account management, including closing deals and managing complex customer interfaces Strong business acumen structured analytical thinking with a fast-paced customer focused attitude Ability to work independently while being a strong contributor to international, cross-functional teams High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken Valid class B driver’s license Willing to travel up to 30% of time This position is based at our office in Munich What we offer Flexible working hours and 50% home office Regular team events Complimentary fruit and beverages Job bike program Corporate benefits and discounts Positive and supportive working environment Application / Contact If this sounds interesting and likely the right challenge for you, we look forward to receiving your application Please register your CV/resume and cover letter.
