Position: Strategic Initiatives Manager (f/m/d) 

Location: Berlin, Germany

Start date: As early as possible

Your Mission in a Nutshell: As the Strategic Initiatives Manager, you'll work closely with our CEO, gaining high-level exposure to strategic decision-making and company operations. This role involves shadowing and supporting the CEO across a range of strategic and operational topics, providing you with direct insights into executive decision-making and company leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to learn the intricacies of running and scaling a successful business. Expect hands-on execution, exposure to various functions across the business, and fast-tracked professional growth.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Assist the CEO in daily operations, strategic planning, and execution. Be a key driver of our company's vision, supporting the CEO in everything from day-to-day priorities to long-term strategy. 

  • Develop a bird's-eye view of the organisation, spotting areas for improvement & innovation and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across departments.

  • Prepare in-depth analyses, presentations, and business cases to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive alignment and lead projects that improve operational efficiency and impact, collaborating closely with various functions. 

  • Support the CEO in exploring new business opportunities, partnerships, and scaling initiatives, contributing to company growth.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and tackling new challenges

  • You have strong analytical & conceptual skills and a hands-on attitude. You know your way around Excel and Powerpoint / G-Suite

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), with an ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, adapting to different audiences

  • Previous experience in high-paced environments, e.g. via internships or first working experience in consulting or startups

  • A generalist mindset with a hunger for growth, with an ability to manage stakeholders effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment

  • You hold an outstanding degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field from a top university, ideally with a strong analytical or strategic focus.v
