The close cooperation and coordination with the business units and functions like project management, all engineering facilities, technical procurement and building sites worldwide is part of your daily business. Your responsibilities extend to the following: Ensure successful (commercial) project execution of large EPC projects in the plant industry according to thyssenkrupp standards and governance from the call for proposal to end of warranty by meeting projects targets regarding budget and time Responsible for commercial activities (e.g. contract-, claim- and risk management, payment securities, VAT/TAX issues, insurance, etc.) in proposal phase and contract execution Managing of Sub Contractors at construction sites together with Commercial Site Manager Development & Implementation of harmonized processes worldwide to ensure ongoing best-in-class execution of the projects worldwide ProfilProfessional Experience At least 10 years of professional experience in negotiating and executing international EPC contracts in power-, cement, and/or chemical industry with volumes up to hundreds-of-million as a Commercial Project Director University degree in business administration or industrial engineering (or similar) Proven records of leading an international team respective intercultural awareness and ability to leverage cultural differences Experience in establishing complex contract scenarios and respective profound knowledge in contract law Drive and able to work under high pressure while still meeting highest level of results Fluent in German and excellent English language skills (additional language is an advantage) Personal Qualities Excellent communication skills and being a teamplayer Highly motivated and energized to achieve top performance continuously High degree of solution orientation and entrepreneurial thinking High degree in customer and shareholder value orientation Willingness to travel and to work worldwide Das bieten wirWe work together closely and respect each other, for over 200 years now and up till today.
