Together, we develop a plan and strategy to best deploy and integrate our solution, communicate with our customers and keep the main stakeholders engaged. You will own the project management of our client projects, taking on both a hands-on role as project manager for delivery projects and a strategic role adapting our project management processes and tools internally and externally. Prior telco experience is not required for your application.  To support our exponential growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team This role can be based in our Hamburg office or remotely within Europe.TasksWhat you’ll do  Manage complex telecommunication projects end-to-end and act as the main point of contact for a customer’s counterpart Set up timelines and progress tracking including regular meetings with the customer Take ownership for regular customer interactions, incl. proper preparation of customer meetings with an agenda and slides/documents where necessary Identify and manage the project risks, provide mitigations and resolution plans  Coordinate company-internal tasks and work efforts and take ownership for producing excellent customer deliverables and exceeding customer expectations Manage project execution; track project activities via Jira, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues Handle customer and partner engagement; build customer relationship, confidence, and trust, ensuring project progress is communicated and arrange meetings and customer events Develop a scalable and reproducible approach to project management of our deployment projects RequirementsOur ideal new colleague  Project Management experience with technical teams on large-scale and fast-paced projects Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate vertically and horizontally based on audience Experience managing cross-team projects with the ability to prioritize workloads Detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently Senior experience with technical project management  Experience owning customer engagement and being the go-to contact for customers in technical projects Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) Nice to haveEngineering degree in the Telecom/IT field Experience with IMS and/or other parts of telecommunication networks Certifications or training as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc. Experience with project management automation through Jira automation or other tools Fluency in German, Spanish or French BenefitsA little more about our culture and why you should join We are committed to building a diverse team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills in a traditionally not very diverse industry   We offer you the culture of a fast-growing start-up with the maturity of an enterprise companyWe are more interested in your experience and knowledge than formal degrees Entrepreneurial culture and flat hierarchies   Mobility benefit, fitness benefit, language class benefit and wellness benefit (for full-time employees)Home office budget (for full-time employees)About usng-voice is an equal opportunity employer.
