What you'll be doing Create an event management database and all related travel booking including the issuance of documents for all participants Keep participant lists updated at all times Keep our customers updated on progress Generate emailing’s for the event: invitation, follow-up, final confirmation emails Propose travel itineraries to participants Provide support on day of event and update attendance information post event Must haves (We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.) Experience as a booking or travel agent A valid work permit for the country you are applying for Excellent knowledge of database management software Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Nice to haves Proficient in either event management database such as CVENT, Atrium, Evenium or KEY4 Organized and rigorous Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving Great listening skills and able to digest information  What we bring to the table A dynamic and inclusive company culture where we work really hard to have the right people doing the right job.
