We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as (Senior) International Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities: * Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic partnerships * Analyze business development activities and results to identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets * Independently manage project assignments in various countries across Eastern Europe * Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including country managers, key account managers, and brand managers * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects * Ensure all activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives Requirements: * Completed university degree in sales, business development or other related fields * A minimum of 5 years of international professional experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector, ideally in business development or sales * Fluency in English and German required; proficiency in any Eastern European language is considered an asset * High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments * Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships * Ideally an affinity for AI tools and their possible applications What we offer: * Salary: Conditions to melt away – chemical industry collective agreement, Christmas and holiday bonuses, company pension scheme * Flexibility: Boosting your free time – trust-based working hours, mobile working (up to 25% per month) and over 30 days off * Wolfferia: Food makes you happy – fresh and balanced cuisine every day in our company restaurant * Sport & events: Experience the Wolff spirit – road bike rides, cooking events, Christmas market & more * Work-life balance: Family first – advice services & more from Viva Familienservice * Training & development: Lifelong learning – language courses, seminars, e-learning, knowledge sessions & more * Mobility: Mobile on the road – JobRad, JobTicket, e-charging stations and free parking * Perks: Not just for bargain hunters – discounts on our products and corporate benefits HAVE WE SPARKED YOUR INTEREST?
