You'll be part of the Head of Governance, Compliance & Certifications (GCC) core team and engage closely with a highly skilled team of managers and experts dedicated to navigating complex regulatory environments. Embark on our exciting journey, where we advocate for a culture rooted in integrity, ensuring our operations and development are resilient, transparent, and prepared for the future.If you have a passion for business and helping organizations achieve excellence, this position offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact What you’ll do:Oversee the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.Serve as primary contracting point of contact for our leadership team; ensure clear scope, deliverables & timelinesInitiate and maintain robust and commercially sound contracts with key audit and consulting firms, in collaboration with the Global Purchasing TeamSupport and advise on RFP development, vendor evaluation, and selectionDrive contracts through internal approval and governance processesManage compliance projects & outcomes across the cloud compliance functionsSupport development and execution of the compliance strategy and transformation roadmap What you bring:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration/economics, computer science, natural science, engineering or relatedPrior experience in compliance topics is not necessary but an advantageInterest in managing contracts and supplier relationsStrong expertise in organizational- and project managementAgility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and proactively.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, result orientation, and ‘can-do’ attitudeAbility to build a culture of trust throughout all levels of exchange Meet your team:Governance, Compliance and Certifications is responsible to provide customers trust anchors, allowing them to innovate with confidence on their path to an intelligent enterprise.
