You’ll implement retrofits to enhance turbine efficiency, and document all tasks using modern digital tools. Alongside your technical responsibilities, your site presence greatly influences team collaboration, day-to-day operations, and the sustained effectiveness of clean energy initiatives throughout the region. What You’ll Need to Thrive · A completed vocational qualification in one of the following fields: · Electrical engineering, metalwork, mechanical/automotive engineering, or building and supply technology · Individuals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply · Ability to work without supervision and create technical documentation · Comfortable using Microsoft and iOS systems; SAP experience is a plus · Willingness to travel within Germany · Physically fit and comfortable working at heights · A valid Class B or BE driver’s license · Language skills: Fluent German and Basic English Safety, Training, and Career Development We believe safety always comes first.
