The Vestas Service Offshore organization is responsible for all activities related to the operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms in Northern and Central Europe. We currently have more than 4 GW under service contracts and are continuously growing our pipeline and organization. The wind farm you will be working at is Baltic Eagle, consisting of 50 Vestas V174-9.5 MW turbines with a total capacity of 475 MW, located 28 km northeast off the coast of the island of Rügen in the German Baltic Sea. The transfer will be daily via CTV from Sassnitz/Mukran to the turbines. You will become part of an exciting journey from the beginning of setting up the service site to following operations under a 5‑year service contract, with the option for the customer to extend the contract for another 5 years. As an Offshore Service Technician you will work in a team of 3 or 4 technicians, managed daily by the Site Supervisor.
