UX Student Worker

A Moving Experience.We are looking for a motivated UX Research Student Worker to support our UX research team in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research activities. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in applied UX research while contributing to real-world product development.You will work closely with UX researchers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help ensure that user needs, behaviors, and expectations are reflected in our products.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests)Assist in recruiting participants and coordinating research sessionsHelp prepare research materials such as discussion guides, consent forms, and questionnairesConduct note-taking, transcription, and basic qualitative analysisSupport quantitative data analysis (e.g., survey results)Help synthesize findings into clear insights, summaries, and presentationsAssist in maintaining research documentation and repositoriesSupport day-to-day research operations and ad-hoc tasksRequirementsEnrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field such as:PsychologyHuman-Computer InteractionUX / Interaction DesignCognitive ScienceSocial Sciences or a related disciplineBasic understanding of UX research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative)Strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly in written and spoken formAttention to detail and structured working styleGood English skills (German is a plus, depending on context)Reliable, proactive, and curious mindsetNice to HaveFirst hands-on experience with UX research or usability testingFamiliarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, or survey toolsBasic knowledge of statistics or qualitative analysis methodsInterest in digital products, AI, or human-centered designWhat We OfferPractical experience in a professional UX research environmentMentorship and close collaboration with experienced researchers and designersFlexible working hours compatible with your studiesOpportunity to contribute to real product decisionsInsights into interdisciplinary product development processesCerence Inc.
