What you can expect You will lead the Enterprise Architecture Team and assume overall responsibility for developing and monitoring the DKV Group's technology strategy and roadmap.In doing so, you will ensure that our technological solutions are effective, scalable and optimally aligned with our business objectives.In your role, you will maintain an overview of all technical activities and specifically promote innovation and efficiency within the company. You will be a driving force in digitalisation, scaling our systems and securing our technological competitiveness.Your tasks will include monitoring technical KPIs, budgets and schedules, as well as technical due diligence and PMI integration planning. What makes you stand out You have in-depth knowledge of IT/technology and extensive experience as an enterprise architect/CTO in international organisations.You have broad expertise in enterprise architectures from software development, particularly in back-end and front-end development as well as data and AI architectures, and have successfully implemented these in larger organisations.You have many years of experience in developing IT strategies and roadmaps.You have in-depth knowledge of budget planning and control, always keep an eye on costs and identify potential for optimisation at an early stage to achieve sustainable improvements in processes and results.You are enthusiastic about new technology trends and their application.You combine a passion for technology with a keen sense of scalability and efficiency.
