Job DescriptionShape the future of Scalable’s new fully vertically integrated investment and banking platform. Scalable’s Broker, digital Wealth Management and Credit offerings are seamlessly integrated into a newly developed technology platform. We are looking for a passionate and motivated (Associate) Product Manager to own our settlement and custody capabilities. You will play a crucial role in developing our platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our business. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for our clearing, settlement and custody solutions, managing trade-offs to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems.Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and partners to build, launch, and iterate on impactful product initiatives.Establish strong relationships with external partners, including settlement counterparties and CSDsTranslate market research, quantitative data analysis, user and client feedback into a cohesive product vision, user stories, and intuitive user experiences.QualificationsPractical product management experience as a PM or by driving product-focused projects in a dynamic startup or tech environmentPassion for technology, finance and digital productsStrong academic background with a degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisionsUtmost attention to detail and a culture of excellenceExcellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executiveA great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needsHands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle itExcellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)Great understanding of product management practices and incorporating diverse inputs (user research, data, market analysis) into product strategyBonus Points: Experience with post-trade processes or securities transfers and a strong understanding of financial marketsAdditional InformationBe part of one of the fastest-growing and most visible Fintech startups in Europe, creating innovative services that have a substantial impact on the lives of our customersWork with an international, diverse, inclusive, and ever-growing team that loves creating the best products for our clientsWork from our centrally located offices in the heart of Munich or Berlin, nestled in lively neighborhoods filled with vibrant restaurants, cozy cafés, and a wide range of convenient amenitiesBe productive with the latest hardware and toolsLearn and grow by joining our in-house knowledge sharing or career development sessions and spending your individual Education Budget Learn and experience German culture first hand by joining our free German language classesInternational relocation support is provided if required Flexible vacation policy and the opportunity to work from abroadBenefit from an attractive compensation package and from the company pension schemeMonthly contribution of 50% for the ‘Deutschland Jobticket’Say goodbye to order commissions and say hello to your complimentary subscription of Scalable Capital's PRIME+ BrokerEnjoy flexible and discounted sports activities with Urban Sports Club#LI-Hybrid
