Sales Associate PT 20 h per week

ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales Associate supports achieving KPI targets by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store efficiency. They ensure a strong brand image through appearance, presentation, and operations, while inspiring customers with our fashion and lifestyle products.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting them promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of all store products, including fits, finishes, and construction.
  • Support the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked and organized store.
  • Ensure all stock is displayed on the sales floor and replenished as needed.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced and security-tagged at all times.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring the till balances.
  • Check all deliveries efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Update customer records in the company database as required.
  • Take responsibility for personal health and safety, as well as the well-being of others in the store.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Be fully competent in operating the POS system.
