We are committed to proving that doing good and doing well can go hand in hand.Backed by Aroundtown - one of Europe’s leading real estate companies - ATworld has the resources and scale to pioneer the future of work.What You Will Do & Why It Matters As our Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for corporate clients booking meeting and event spaces, ensuring a seamless and professional journey across all ATworld locations.Your work will directly shape client satisfaction, drive revenue, and activate our spaces in Berlin and beyond. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Sales and operational teams, gaining exposure to strategic decisions, refining processes, and helping scale a platform that is rapidly expanding across Europe.Sales ManagementServe as the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiriesPrepare proposals, conduct show rounds, and represent the brand to local corporates, service partners, and event agenciesBuild and nurture a pipeline of corporate leads, identifying opportunitiesMaintain an active portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell or renewal opportunitiesRecruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with event agencies to drive weekday, evening, and weekend demandWork with the Head of Sales to refine and implement our Standard Operating Procedures for sales & event managementUse CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversion rates (experience with HubSpot or similar is a plus)Event ManagementCommunicate with clients by email and phone to coordinate event logisticsPlan operational execution by aligning with internal teams and external partners (F&B providers, IT/AV suppliers, cleaning services, etc.)Prepare event spaces according to client expectations and brand standardsExecute events onsite, ensuring a smooth flow and an excellent client experienceConduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and identify future sales opportunitiesWho You Are You have a background in hospitality, event management, coworking, or another service-oriented field (1–2 years of experience is ideal)You speak English fluently; German skills are a plusYou enjoy engaging with clients and excel at organization and executionYou bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-moving environmentsYou are open-minded and challenge the status quo constructively to drive innovation and continuous improvementYou feel energized by working onsite in a lively, community-driven spaceWhat We Offer A central, meaningful role in a fast-growing European platformDirect collaboration with leadership and strong development opportunitiesA diverse, international team that values collaboration and shared ownershipOn-site role at various ATworld locations in Berlin, with occasional travel to partner locationsCompetitive salaryHow To Apply If you would be interested in applying for the position, please use the "Apply Now" button. We are committed to finding innovative ways to develop its cultural and brand values.
