We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Additive Minds Team in Krailling.At EOS, we're more than just a team; we're a community united by technology, where every action is a step towards meaningful change, and our independence is the cornerstone of our mission to make the world a better place for everyone.Your MissionJoin the engineering arm of EOS – Additive Minds, guiding customers through their additive manufacturing journey with a global team of 100+ experts. Apply your expertise in two or more Additive Minds steps (Business Case, Design, Process & Application Development, Qualification, Production & Post-Processing). Independently manage machine operations for customer prototype builds and coordinate essential tasks. Act as a technical thought leader, driving innovative technical solutions for customer applications and mentoring peers. Lead and support AM production services, enablement projects, and application development, collaborating closely with sales teams. Deliver customer trainings and workshops to accelerate AM adoption, reduce time-to-market, and strengthen customer success.Your TalentsDegree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
